Alejandra helped me over the phone and had me come in to the store to review my account for security. She was helpful in helping me find a phone and getting it activated. She was very polite and able to handle other customers in a polite manner as well since she was the oonly rep in the store. Great job!

Staff is very unfriendly and not at all helpful. Was told I had to purchase a case and screen protector from them in order to upgrade my phone. Found out she lied and just wanted the commission when I went to another location because store did not have the one I wanted in stock.
