Alejandra helped me over the phone and had me come in to the store to review my account for security. She was helpful in helping me find a phone and getting it activated. She was very polite and able to handle other customers in a polite manner as well since she was the oonly rep in the store. Great job!

Had my daughter's iPhone activated here since the phone was through cricket. Wish they had deals to port over 2 lines from a different carrier.
