From the beginning to the finish when my car was repaired from being side swiped, I was kept informed of every move that they made , nothing hidden. It was such a refreshing change from the way other mechanic shops run around here. The prices were reasonable and had not been inflated. Just a wonderful experience all the way through this. Once the repair was done, you could not even tell where the man had hit me. Looks like a brand new car.

I hit a deer and totaled my car last month, and had it towed straight here. This was my first accident, and I was really shaken up and not sure about how any part of this process worked. Dana was incredibly kind and patient, and never made me feel silly for asking so many (probably silly!) questions. They were very quick to communicate with my insurance company and provided an estimate the next business day. I would highly recommend the Collision Care Center to anyone needing auto body work – they're true professionals who go above and beyond for their customers.

When given an estimate, I was told my car would be completed in 4-5 days. I finally got a call that it was finished 2 weeks later after dropping it off. I asked if some minor paint scratches could be touched up during the repair process and was told "No problem" they would have plenty of left over paint. When I got my call that my car was finished, I was told those touch ups could not be made because they only mixed enough paint for the repair. Also told I could purchase a paint pen and bring my car back for the touch ups. 3 Strikes, You're Out!...

I had exceptional service with getting my car repaired. The customer service always updated me at least twice a week on my vehicle .My car looked really good where the repair was done . I will definitely recommend them to family and friends .

Excellence in service, communication, and results! They met all of my expectations. Front desk/receptionist was warm and friendly and answered all questions. Repairs were done in a timely manner (there was a delay of a couple of days as they waited for updated response from insurance co.).They communicated seamlessly with the rental car company.On picking up my vehicle, there were 2 remaining small issues—my front passenger airbag warning light was still illuminating, and the latch to my truck cap was acting incorrectly. Ken Hall, a service technician there, came out and very politely and professionally addressed both issues quickly and completely and within 30 minutes I was on the road for the 45 minute trip home.Service: Body & Trim

Took a long time to get an appointment but was worth the wait. Dana at collision care was great. Was on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way.
