“The only reason I'm giving the store 5 stars is because the hardworking girls. Their ceiling was leaking and it got into the light so they had the girls turn off the lights and just continue working. Safety hazard !!”

I went in today to look for a pair of shoes and they had exactly what I needed in his size! They were very friendly and the store is adorable! I would be a regular customer if I lived in the area!”

That being said, this past weekend I was treated with utter disrespect from what I assume was the manager on duty,
(red headed they/them and round glasses) That person was pretty hateful, impatient, and clearly not wanting to assist an obviously fairly new retail associate in any way. I’ve shopped at this Burlington location since the day it opened, but this one particular person I encountered over the weekend was NOT made for customer service roles. I didn’t get their name, but they should for sure work when customers are not present.”
