“What a great experience. I received 2 quotes locally in NC for Mohawk Revwood Premiere Sunbathed Pecan laminate flooring, both within dollars so very competitive. As I was about to commit I decided to check online and came across GA Carpet Industries/Dalton, GA, first time hearing of them. I found the exact item on their site, received an auto generated instant quote & thought it was an error since it was nearly $1800 cheaper so I messaged & received reply Monday morning from Breanne. To my surprise the quote was correct, it was $1800 cheaper! I then became skeptical..why so much cheaper, it must have defects or been returned, etc. Breanne confirmed it was all brand new & free from blemishes. We decided to go with GA Carpet. My biggest headache was shipping. They have strict guidelines for delivery, and inspection upon delivery to assure no damage, if damaged it seems it could take some time to get resolved based on some reviews I read, so this had me a bit worried. Items ships via tractor trailer truck. I contemplated driving 10 hrs to p/u myself to assure no damage, or just have it shipped. I had it shipped in the end, it went via Southeastern Freight direct to my husbands work. We saved even more money than expected shipping here rather than my house since it had a dock door. I did not buy insurance. It arrived in perfect condition, 2-day service, and installed beautifully with matching T-mold, and underlayment which I got from them also. “Stopped in Dalton, Ga to get prices on flooring for new home build. Knew flooring that I wanted so called around 1st to see who had an actual example of the flooring. Called American Carpet Wholesalers and spoke to rep Ben. He wasn’t sure if this location had an example so asked to give him a few minutes to walk around their showroom and look and he’d call me back. He called back in less than 30 minutes and said yes, their showroom had example. Went to the showroom, met Ben and saw excellent example of the flooring I wanted. Showroom had TONS of examples of just about any kind of hardwood, engineered hardwood, LVP and carpet. Definitely have in mind what you want or what you think you want as choices here were great!”

“Shocked. I am amazed at how well these stair treads (pet friendly stingray gray) work. There is no tape or glue and they stay right in place even with weekly vacuuming. This staircase gets a lot of traffic and we have two dogs so I’ll be ordering these again when this set wear out. Highly recommend.”
