I took it to Carstar North and was so impressed by their kind and professional customer service and their work ethic. So when my new car was hit in a parking lot within a week of buying it, I knew Carstar was my “go to” place to have it repaired. This time, I took it to Carstar South (simply because that location is more convenient for me). From my first encounter with Jarvis, all the way through until I picked it up today, my experience was excellent. - Quote was $425 for rear window of a truck, which seems reasonable to me.
- Appointment was only about two days after initial call.
- Appointment was also quick. They only had my vehicle for about two hours when they called and said I was able to pick it up.
Overall no complaints, I and will pick/recommend Mark's for any future auto glass issues.”
