You are exceptional! Other shops refused to store my vehicle until they would start the repair,. Some will let me pay for the storage BUT CarAid don't have these conditions and started the repair right away. Thanks to my in-law who introduced me to Juan. I had my car fixed less than the time it was expected. It saved me money and time plus my car was back to its original form like a brand new one. Thanks, CarAid. My husband and I would recommend this business over and over! They take pride in their work and they extend kindness and compassion to the community. Oh. And they will handle all of the insurance for the repairs/body work. AND they were the only place in town that could take us right away. At first, when they told us this, I was a bit skeptical because the other body shops were backed up at least a month. I thought, "Well, they must not be busy. I wonder why." We decided to give Car Aid a shot because we needed our car ASAP. When we pulled up, though, we saw they couldn't be busier! And everyone was happy and smiling! I saw right away how organized and clean the whole business was, too. Yep. Would recommend this business to anyone who needs body work. One last thing. The paint job they did on our bumper matches better than the factory and they gave our car back to us SPOTLESS!Service: Painting

Got recommended to this shop from a friend of mine. After my bad experience with the dealership, it was refreshing to not have somebody only be in it for the money. They only gave me what I needed and at a great price too! Wonderful service and good people, couldn't recommend enough!

Had a repaid worth about 2k Took car to get repaired back in April took 2 weeks longer then what was told then car still was not even fixed completely it was still missing a mirror and mirror cap and still till this day I'm still waiting on a call about a mirror cap have called multiple times and my call never gets answered

I had heard both Positive radio & billboard ads and also personal recommendations to this shop. The major draw was the length of time to get the repair done was far less than many others. The whole process has been less hassle and Juan will work with the insurance to have everything done right. Excellent detailing & looks as nice & appealing as when In 1st purchased the vehicle!!

... I needed an estimate on some previous damage on one of my vehicles. Called and spoke with the owner, Juan. Then drove over to the business. The establishment is Top Notch, the staff is Refreshingly Friendly! I only had to wait a few minutes to meet Juan. He was so courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerning questions. Even invited me to drop in sometime to eat lunch with him and the staff. I had no idea that people like those at Car-Aid existed anymore. What an asset to Community and yes the prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent. Thanks for your help and time, Juan and Staff!
