“For the service team - absolute LIFE SAVERS. On the 3rd day of our 4-day road trip, we were minding our own business when it happened - The Death Wobbles. A terrifying experience. Never happened before, but suddenly we were essentially incapacitated in the middle of an unfamiliar state. Pulled over, called the service team, and drove straight there. They took us right in, found the issue, offered us water snacks and food, fetched the part, and fixed the Jeep. Didn't feel a single wobble the rest of the day.
