My past two visits to this location were not up to par. The customer service at this location has went down hill. I will buy online from now on. I will not stop by this location ever again. I would rather pay the shipping charges and avoid a few of the employees at this location. I wish that I could give this establishment 0 stars.

I normally do online shopping when I purchase but the store has a good atmosphere, you can try the products as well. Always new stuff coming in.

Both me and my wife love all the different scents of body spray and body creams they have for both men and women. I absolutely love thier little hand sanitizers and the bonus is that all the employees are warm, welcoming, and very friendly!!! There’s a reason for thier outstanding reviews.

They were having a huge sale, and the store was packed! But every single attendant that I spoke to was nice and friendly and helpful! I have to give them props, I don't know if I would have been as patient as all of them were!!!

The employees were very helpful and friendly and used all three of my coupons plus I got the deal they have going on. I got a lot of stuff for a great price. Will definitely go back to the Walnut Avenue store in Dalton, Ga. Today was the first time I've ever been to a Bath & Bodyworks store that wasn't in a mall and I loved it.
