People are very nice that work here but it takes forever any time I go. This is the only one around me and they don’t open their drive through at all. I can’t use the ATM for what I do.

Horrible Bank. In a community of 137,000+ people they only have the ATMs located at the branch. Then on a Friday at 3 pm NO drive thru open, go inside and One teller desk open with a line 12 people deep. Like this ALL the time. Ridiculous

I was not happy with this bank the last time I had a problem with my debit card but this time they were much more professional and took care of my problem quick! Now I just hope I don't have to wait 2 weeks for my replacement card again! ?❤️✌️

First time customer at Bank of America in Dalton ga there was sticky stuff all over the floor where you get in line to see the teller let the guy that helps with customer service know there was something sticky he said it was there when they got there this morning and it's fine it's strange that people walking on top of sticky stuff and nobody took the time to clean the floor ?

Watch ur money when using this place, they are not professional at all... been inside dealing with these guys, gonna go with a different bank for sure!! Recommend everyone do the same!! EARL RODRIGUEZ was the supervisor today, I'm sorry Amanda from customer support... I don't do Twitter to reach out... and thank not much u can do... a check was deposited with mobile app, from a bank of America check... and now u say I have to get a new check because of yalls mistake...

I had a very positive experience at Bank of America Dalton. Customer service was on point, everyone was so eager to help me, and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Dana assisted me, and she did a very well job. I received my document/card I needed to my home not even 24 hours after leaving I was so shocked at how fast it was. I love to give credit where it’s due, and I am extremely satisfied!

For a bank as large of BOA you think they could afford to properly staff to have the drive thru open. It's been over two weeks since it's been open . Very inconvenient when you have small children

The people at this bank are always kind and do their best within their means to help me whenever I have problems. Just recently, a Ms. Alma fixed a problem and helped me get my new bank card. Thank yall!
