The covid hotline could use some serious work. The first time I had to call 149 times (not a hyperbole) to get through, followed by 45 minutes of waiting in line for someone to answer. It shouldn't feel like trying to call into a radio station to win tickets to a concert. The appointment itself was fast and efficient.
