“It's self explainatory it's a "pull apart salvage yard". You go in with your own tools and you use your own knowledge of the part that you come for. No one is there to hold your hand. And you can't expect every part to work full-functioning or work at all for that matter. And just like most places ... NO RECEIPT - NO REFUND! My experience with this place has been wonderful. Nothing wrong whatsoever, but one star missing because one item I had bought here I found later for less at the local dealership of my truck.Update, 5/2023: Their prices tend to be above average, but their service is way above average. “Chaz is the absolute GOAT!! Maloy (I am so sorry if I didn't get your name right!) was nothing short of a freaking miracle worker! We showed up 30 minutes before close with a huge problem. We were about 800 miles from our home in Wisconsin, and 3 of our wheel studs broke. They went so far above and beyond to help us get back on the road. These men were complete life savers! They deserve raises and promotions and a reality tv series to show off all their awesomeness!! Ok, Seriously, they were the kind and really did go out of their way. Chaz even stayed after his shift to make sure we were safe. ?”
