My first experience was negative trying to get an appointment but when I posted a 1 star review here they contacted me and I decided to give them another try. I called them back got an answer and from there the experience was great. I have a cat that is challenging at the vet..bad fear aggression. Meagan was patient with her and let her get used to the sound of her voice and my cat calmed down a bit. She managed to give her the required shots and assured me that if she became ill they could gas her so they could handle her. That eased my mind a great deal as I had been to other vets that told me I better hope she never gets sick because she would be untreatable. My cat got everything she needs for the year and I have a better peace of mind knowing someone else cares about her too in spite of her personality.

Dr. Richmond is the best vet in Whitfield County, in my opinion. We had moved across the county and had been going to another vet, closer to home, since one of our cats got car sick. Had another cat get a sore in his mouth and the vet close to the house was treating him for a mouth ulcer and he was not getting better. Took him to Dr. Richmond for a second opinion and the first thing out of his mouth was "that's a tumor, not an ulcer". Turned out he was right and our cat had cancer. We wasted time starting treatment because the other vet had not even offered to biopsy the spot. We changed all our cats back to Animal Hospital and won't be leaving again, no matter how far we have to drive.

The most cold hearted people I've ever seen they could care less about animals unless you got 1000's of dollars and a appt don't take your pet here if it's an emergency

My dog was feeling sick and not as responsive as usual and Dr. Megan Preston helped get him back to normal! She was very friendly and informative. Reasonable pricing! The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming as well! Will definitely be bringing back our pets!

Bad customer service. Very rude vet. aka Dr. Richmond. I saw bad reviews already and yet i tried their service since the vet my cat goes to was closed. It was a bad idea. Really money-making scheme. Before i went home i even said thank you and that Dr. Richmond didn't even look at me. (Though there's nothing to be thankful about).
