They came, diagnosed and started on my field lines. After a few hours of digging and applying pressurized water, their technicians left the two inspection holes filled with water in an attempt of soften the matieral in the field line. As promised they returned two days later and were able to clear a section of drain line which improved the overall function. As for the cost of service, I was pleasently pleased. Their work and care was above all expectations.

(Really a fitting nickname as you have never seemed to be able to fix issue) We got an actual plumber out here and haven’t had a seconds problem since.

Efficient, knowledgable and personable. Not only did they get the work done quickly, they taught me a lot about the system and cleaning process which as a first time homeowner is very valuable. Reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend their services to anyone! Thanks guys!

A-1 came today to pump out my septic tank. No problems setting up an appointment a few days earlier. They called ahead on the appointment day to let me know they were coming and arrived on time. Did the job, no mess, friendly, professional and gave me some good tips on how to manage my septic system. Would definately recommend them.

These guys blow everyone else out of the water!After 3 other plumbers and 4 city workers visited our home, who left scratching their heads with guesses, we called Rookie and the team at A1.They came out essentially the same day, very quickly identified what the issue seamed to be, and made a quick and VERY affordable fix. Bottom line, If you want it done right and honest, call A1!

Called A-1 . Experienced and Knowledgeable. Visited early to check the work to be done. Explained everything until I fully understood. Gave me the cost. I am 200% satisfied. I will update my review next week after the work is completed. This is the update on 06/13/2017. Great job. I recommend A-1 for your sewer and Drain Problems and especially in my situation sewer pump replacement and installation. Check them out use google. Do not hesitate to call A-1 pumping service. Avoid the headaches and call A-1 first. Update 06/12/2020. Called A-1 for my neighbor and again they proved their excellence and extremely knowledgeable. Perfect job. My neighbors 100% satisfied and great price. They make it look easy. Do not waste time and money call A-1 first. Trustworthy, reliable, high quality, experts, Friendly. Update 04/28/2023 A-1 still continue to prove they are all about their customers as a business they have no competition. If you go against A-1 you will for sure lose your shirt. Service excellence without a flaw.

I made an appointment for 9am. No call, no show. I called at 11am. They said they were tied up, no offer to reschedule, just wait for their call. 1pm still no contact from them. I had to call again.Services: Sewer cleaning

The guys came out and were very friendly answered my questions and had my field line unclogged in short order. Very knowledgeable, over 40 years of experience between the two of them. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them for any septic system needs. Would gladly recommend them to friends and family that needed septic work done. Very pleased!
