Today, I walked into the store with my father to change his phone plan and we were assisted by Kayla; who went above and beyond to help us all while providing excellent customer service and support. Admittedly, my dad was a little discouraged upon arrival due to not having much luck at a previous location down in Florida but Kayla saved the day, literally. My dad and I are both extremely happy with the service that she provided, and we’re also both very grateful for everything that she did for us. Team members like Kayla are truly what makes Verizon the number one wireless cellular provider; thank you again, Kayla, you are truly the best!

My husband and I came in today to get new phones and we left highly satisfied! We were assisted by Troy. Troy most definitely made our visit well worth coming. He is extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Troy, you are the absolute best! Verizon should be honored to have an associate of this caliber work for them. Kayla and Troy were very professional, informative and helpful during our visit. We had to wait for the phone to switch everything over to the new phone but the wait didn't bother us because both Kayla and Troy were very friendly and easy to talk to/with and they both kept us updated on how much longer the process was going to take. I wish every visit were this pleasant and would highly recommend this location due to the customer service we received.
