I called the store to ask about a purse I had left and was extremely nice. Michael answered and GENUINELY screamed at me saying that he was busy and if I wanted my purse to go to the store myself and look. He also hung up on me to top it off. Horrible customer service, I don't know how he's able to keep his job.
