Wouldn't work with this group. We were transferred to this agency after our local one closed down. We never heard from Travis and never developed a relationship. Its sad because the agent is supposed to look out for you and unfortunately he was not here for that. I would find another location.

BEWARE. . . I have been with Travis Miller for over 2 yrs. I just got my 6 month renewal and it INCREASED BY 49% ($400). 49% with no tickets, no accidents, no changes!! It's obvious this is how they treat seniors. I called and requested a phone call back from Mr. Miller and he's too important for this commoner. I told them not to hold their breath until I paid it. BE CAREFUL--don't just pay it because you don't have time to shop around!!!UPDATE: Since I put in this review, on 1-19-24 I get a call from an Allstate Agent selling their insurance and she said at a 25% discount!! You have to wonder since I've been a customer for over 2 yrs. Why didn't my agent offer me this instead of increasing my car ins. by 49% ($400.00)???The way in which I was treated is GUARANTEED LOST BUSINESS!!!

Allstate is charging 160.00 monthly for basic coverage on a 2015 Nissan versa...smdhFound the same coverage for 450.00for six months ??

Never able to get someone one phone. when quiting insurance for teen drivers was told would probably be cheaper and better somewhere else. when roof had leak they said they recommend a tarp as they will only fix interior sheet rock damage not actual roof. tree fell on back porch said it would be better idea for me to fix myself. After hours call center is even worse. We will be making the switch this weekend elsewhere. I should not have waited so long after all the bad service or lack of service! Good bye to Allstate!
