I called David late on Saturday and he scheduled an appointment for me for Monday. I was late with the arrival of the car but David and team had the issues assessed along with repaired by 3pm Monday. The service was excellent. The timeliness of the service and communication was outstanding. The honesty and diagnoses was accurate. I am pleased that I found Alpha and will use them again.”

“I had spent so much money trying to get my front end to stop clicking. No one could seem to solve my issue. It clicked when I turned the wheel. I was driving and stopped at TCB the owner inspected it by driving to hear where the click was coming from. Put it up on the lift. Tapped a couple places and Whala! He told me whoever did work did not put a cradle screw in and it’s draining like new. If you knew how much I spent elsewhere ? I had everything done to remove this problem.The owner got it done in 35 minutes. I will be using this shop.”
