Publix is my store & has been for 50+ years. I hate giving anything less than a 5 star. I have always gotten deli meat shaved (one of the options) & recently it is very thin sliced. I was advised they can’t get any thinner. After I told them I’ve always gotten it that way, they tried a different machine. I was not very popular which is very unusual for Publix! Everyone else is super-even when they don’t have what I want on occasion. Very sad day for me…

I love shopping at Publix especially for the bogo deals. However, I had an awful experience yesterday with a really rude cashier named Margaret. She kept making comments the whole time I was checking out about how she despised people who shopped the sales and then sarcastically told me my total was “One million dollars”. I was in shock. Never experienced this before. Too bad because normally I love the customer service at Publix. Unfortunately Margaret made this experience less than enjoyable and I will not be back to this location.

Publix itself is great however getting to the deli for a sandwich is slooooowwwww as molasses..30 minute wait...ridiculous!!! Your lunch hour is over by then...

It is located in a VERY busy area where road construction seems never-ending! Other drivers DO NOT proceed with caution!
...I will be going to the Publix at New Hope from now on since I have been in 2 car "accidents in less than one month because of the road construction! This Publix Never has Diet Sweet Tea wheras other Publix ALWAYS has more than enough!!! Publix at 7 Hills NEVER has the deli poporn chicken my kids love, and when they do have it in stock, it is ALWAYS cold! The produce there is moldy and they are always re-arranging and changing the location their products! They can't keep up with the growth of the "Seven Hills" community. The 7 Hills publix is gettimg realy run-dow, and has rude and impotent management that has failed in all aspects!

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve never been to a Publix that had rude employees and the manager has an attitude as well. Well now I understand why because it comes from the top! I’ll never shop at this location ever again. First time at this location and definitely the last!
