Picked up some muffins on my weekly grocery trip from the bakery since they were BOGO. There were lots of varieties all mixed on one table with a BOGO sign.
Checked my receipt on the way out and saw that there was ONE kind that was NOT on sale even though they were on the table under the sign and mixed in with the sale items!!!
I brought it back in because the Publix Promise is clear that if something is behind the wrong tag or priced incorrectly that the item is free.
However, that promise was not honored and I was told by customer service to basically go pound sand. I understand that the fine print on the sign has an exclusion, however, the best solution would be to NOT put the non sale items on the table with the sale items and then mix them in!! Because honestly if it's in front of a sale sign most people would assume it to be on sale. It almost seemed to be an attempt to mislead customers into buying an item that isn't on sale.
Really disappointed with the ENTIRE experience.
The cashier, Donna, was nice. She had no bagger, even though there was one associate cleaning a register and another associate standing and talking to him (she wasn't on a break, saw her eventually go help someone) so to make things move quicker we bagged our own stuff. Not a big deal although I pay more for premier service, right???
Just a footnote: I worked in retail for 17 years and know what these people go through. I never get rude because they don't get paid enough to deal with that kind of crap. I really think that PUBLIX dropped the ball when it comes to staffing and training.
Mike, the store manager, did talk to my wife on the phone and he was very empathetic, but by that point I had already left the store and we were driving home.
Publix where shopping WAS a pleasure.

This Pharmacy is a cluster, they've given me the wrong meds before, luckily caught it walking away from the register. Prescriptions are rarely ready at the time they give you to show up, they actually start them once you are there. They never alert you it's time to get your refill like every other pharmacy in the Country. Now when you call, you are put on hold where they proceed to hang up on you all day. Our family is transferring our prescriptions elsewhere. ✌️

Overall the worst pharmacy experience pretty consistently. It’s been going down hill somewhat rapidly also. The truth is the only reason I still use them is because they’re in my nearby Publix, which is overall a pretty good store.
They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will and I constantly have to argue with the clerk at the register about whether a prescription can be filled or not. Then they bring one of the senior members over and whisper back and forth for a minute and then apologize to me and start to get the order filled.
If it only happened once, then I’d never say anything about it, but I’d say this has happened probably 4-5 times over the past couple of years.

Staff members are very friendly, attentive and helpful but the pharmacists don’t have your prescription ready till you show up in person and ask , they always tell you to wait 20-30 minutes; sometimes you’re in so much pain or fever that you only want to get your prescription and go home . That was me few weeks ago , in high fever and had to wait there over 30 minutes; I wish they could be different; I’ve been their customer for years.

The people are always nice but they don't start filling ur rx until u ask. It's so annoying. I've learned 2 call ahead and ask when i should get there to pick it up or else it's like they don't care. Left DR today and immediately called pharmacy bc, hello.... I kind of want my antibiotic asap and they said to give them 30 min. No problem. I get here at the time she told me and they tell me it might be a while for one. I had to explain to them that I'm here at this time, bc this is the time you told me to be here to get my rx. I made sure to call today bc last 2 times I've needed a rx they didn't fill it automatically. One, I didn't come to pick it up for 24 hrs after they received it. Wasnt ready. It took them another day before I got a message saying it was filled. After complaining today she got it filled in 10 min. I'm happy that they rushed it but it's just been going downhill. I'm a publix pharmacy lifer btw.

If your doctor calls you in an Rx, immediately follow up with Publix to ensure that they are actually filling it. I’ve been waiting all day for a confirmation text after my doctor called in a prescription this morning. I finally called the pharmacy to see what the problem was, only to have the pharmacist look at it for the first time and then ask if I was hoping to have it by today. ? When I said, “yes, of course,” he answered with, “well be advised, we close in 2 hours and it will take an hour to fill it.”

My whole family & I have been using this pharmacy for years & always had great experiences until recently. The last several prescriptions that have been sent in by my Drs. have not been filled until I come in & ask to pick them up whether it’s 1 or more days. I then have to wait for them to get them ready. Today is the final straw. My prescription was called in this morning, I come to get it at 6:10pm & told it’s a 45 minute wait. I sat & waited for 1 hour & got up to ask if it was ready & the gentleman went over & finished filling it for me. This is ridiculous when it was called in about 9 hours earlier.

I have to give them 5 stars! This store/pharmacy is a little out of the way, but you could not pay me to go to a different pharmacy. Their customer service is ALWAYS top notch. I don’t care what I’m calling or talking to any of them about, they are always courteous and helpful. The pharmacists always take the time to give recommendations when ever I need it going so far as to step out and show me what I’m looking for. And the techs behind the counter are friendly and helpful as well. This will always be my pharmacy! As a whole, you can’t beat how well Publix treats their customers. I’ve even had baggers follow me out with an umbrella to keep me dry in the rain while THEY load my car. Impeccable, and something you just don’t get anywhere else!!

I just want to say how great of an employee Dajsha in the Deli is. She is always smiling and very nice when I come to shop. I feel she represents the company values and I truly appreciate the love and care I receive while visiting. Big ups to her for being so amazing and making my experience truly awesome!!

Well, this is the second time they really messed up.1st time they gave the wrong dosing info on the label. Thank goodness I saw that the directions made no sense before my husband took the medication. This time he had a script and they said it was done buy upon going to pick it up not only was it not filled but not even in the computer anymore.I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I love this Publix .. it's around the corner from my house .. I never had a problem at all ... but today I decided to go get some ingredients that my wife had sent me to get .. I had to get cilantro and some personal hygiene stuff .. I always go through the self check out in any store im able to .. so I had cilantro which I grabbed from the produce section .. when I was going to pay I would always see my wife type in a code in the self check out.. well I wasn't going to go through that router so I took my 3 items to the 10 items or less and there was a gentlemen there cleaning the belt of the scan out .. I told him I'm sorry I always go through self check out but not this time because of the cilantro. Russ the employers name thought it be better for me to know the code to the cilantro and also tell me water bottles also have codes and I can let you know the code to that.. he wanted me to learn the code .. I'm not sure if he hates his job or if he just wanted to be funny but according his age he seem to be serious.. he needs to get talked to.. this is Publix not Kroger or Walmart.. all the employees here make sure everything is okay with me .. being a respectful person I am ..I don't suggest anyone to go through the line where Russ runs the line because he is going to educate you to where he tells you the bar codes and also let's you know everything has bar codes .. this threw my day off .. my wife goes every single day to Publix for any little thing and I'm going to make sure if she goes that he's there to go and test it for herself because she is shocked that happened to me.. he is in the wrong job if he is going to act like that .. I don't need to argue or correct anyone .. this review is bad review for you guys .. thank you Publix

Not the beat publix, but not a bad one. Losing a star today for letting me down in the produce Dept. Usually well stocked and not a rotten item in sight. Onions were less than good. I always visit this location when I need fresh bread.

I have always had a pleasant experience while shopping at Publix; but you’ve outdone yourself and exceeded my expectations in every way!

This is the only Publix I go to because it’s the very best out of all the Publix I have visited.
