I switched to this pharmacy thinking I’d have a better experience. Just kidding it went from bad to worst. Medications are NEVER ready at promised times. On one occasion I waited 4 hours for my toddlers amoxicillin just to get it all the way home and realize it wasn’t even mixed! The people who work here absolutely do not care one bit about their clients, you’re pretty much an inconvenience to them. I could deal with that but you can’t be rude and have SLOW service. Ask your doctor to call it in anywhere else.

The pharmacist Mr.Steve and all the techs are amazing, kind hearted, and they treat you like family. Now the pharmacist lady who’s there when Mr.Steve isn’t, is the most rudest person and for no reason at all. She can’t stand to answer questions or help someone on the phone, in store, and acts like she is better than everyone else. If you can’t handle being in customer service and helping people then you've chosen the wrong profession. I’ve never had any problems at all from this store, grocery or pharmacy, until she started working there. Even the techs have complained to me about her and the way she treats ppl. She either needs to find some where else to work or learn how to treat/ talk to customers and employees. Everyone else is absolutely wonderful♥️

We have stopped in here more than a couple of times. The employees are so nice just as nice as can be really helpful the stores always clean but they're always out of Mayfield milk and anytime I do stop in there. I ask them if they're gonna get any and they don't carry skim milk in that location But I love going to the store because the staff is amazing. It's always very clean.

Quick prescription refills, provided advice when needed and made recommendations when Publix was unable to fill prescription. We moved all our prescriptions from a big chain and really like and enjoy the small/home town feel.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at any pharmacy in my entire life. I was given the incorrect prescription and called to make the pharmacy aware. A young lady, by the name of Brianna got on the phone who was very short tempered and rude. She has absolutely no customer service skills at all and probably should be working in the drive-through at McDonald’s. I escalated the call and the guy got on the phone who is equally as rude. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he blatantly lied to me and told me the pharmacist would not be in until the morning! When I came back up to the pharmacy to resolve the situation in person, the pharmacist was here! I will be contacting their corporate office tomorrow to make them aware of the totally unprofessional staff that they employ.

The Jekyll and Hyde Pharmacy. Employees either treat you with total courtesy and respect, or act like it ticks them off that you exist and are breathing air, that they don't need, they appear to have plenty, but it still ticks them off anyway.Please treat the Bipolar Disorder of this staff. Please!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. But for the last few months, customer service has gone down hill!! I can’t believe it. They can’t find a prescription, or get the wrong dose, or can’t get it ordered. Even after talking with the manager it’s still screwed up. So I will not be using them anymore!! Don’t go here!! They’ve become very rude

If you are still using a box store pharmacy, do yourself a favor and try this Publix pharmacy. I have had so many issues at CVS including being yelled at by the pharmacist. I finally decided enough was enough and I can’t begin to explain how thankful I am to the Publix pharmacy staff for going out of their way to help me and most especially, they are so kind. My experience was the best I have ever had dealing with a pharmacy ever. It’s nice to be treated like a person and not a hindrance. Thank you all so much and I’m so happy I found such a great group of people and a great pharmacy.

I’ve been coming to this Publix for about 4 years. While I do recommend every single part of publix, the deli….. Wylene at the deli is a total witch. We had a lady making our subs and she was the SWEETEST lady, so pleasant so professional and wylene comes out of no where rude as hell to my sub maker telling she can’t do this and she can’t do that and shoo’d her off telling her to go to the “training area” and finished making our subs. Truly, I didn’t want that witch Wylene anywhere near my food. She was rude to me, my husband, our 13 year old and one of her own EMPLOYEES. She’s a horrible human being. It took everything I had in me not to throw my sandwiches back over the counter and tell her forget about it, I don’t want it anymore. I asked to speak with store manager Larry who acted somewhat concerned but not too concerned. I also heard from another employee that Wylene had already had a complaint on her today and it’s all day everyday. She’s no asset to Publix where shopping should be a pleasure. The gentleman next to us was also wondering what her attitude was for and he jokingly said “thank god she’s not making my sandwich.” Get rid of her

Publix pharmacy use to be my preference. Now my family goes there because of location. We are considering taking the drive to another pharmacy because of poor service. Issues like phone hangs when you finally reach someone to getting confirmation meds ready for pickup but upon arrival told to wait another hour +.
