I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years. I’ve always gotten what I needed and more. Today John made me want to leave a review. He was super helpful and very patient. I have disabilities and without question John carried all items outside for me and made sure every need was met. Exceptional service John. Way to be a leader.

I have always had great service at this location, but today was above and beyond. Sadly, my car battery gave out on a rainy morning on my way to work. After an easy checkout, associate, Chris offered to install the new battery for me. This made my day as I was already having a rough start to my day. Thank you so much!

Super rude. We came in because my car battery died. The man tested the battery because we asked him to and we were clearly in need of help. My battery was corroded and he was rude about it saying we “needed to clean that up” before he could even help us. We came in and bought a new battery and my fiancé asked if they could help us and the lady rudely told my fiancé that the tools were in the corner and we could put it in ourselves.

Normally decent service.But, I show up at 7, the sign on the door and the website both say they're open until 8.Employees were rude, and just gave me hand gestures to tell me that the store is closed.I knocked on the door, they just went back to their business of closing the shop down.I get that there are circumstances that transcend normal operations...but, just explain if that's the case.I believe it was simply a slow day, as I had stopped by earlier to buy supplies for an oil change, and there wasn't much going on.Unacceptable behavior.I won't be going back to this store.

Bad serviceI had to wait 10 minutes to pay for a quart of oil and there were 4 workers in the store, one on the phone and the others making jokes. I was working and urgently needed oil for my pressure washer and what you want is quick attention

I went in on a Friday night. The manager was slapping serpentine belts on the counter making loud noises, there were non-employees walking around behind the counter, and the part that the one nice old lady that works there ordered the week before wasn't working that night. The other employees barely bothered to look for it. This place was worse than walking into an Autozone with a bunch of monkeys working behind the counter.
