They have a first visit promotion on the website for $25, but required me to pay $60 upfront before the visit to sit on my account for future visits! Why would I do that when I’m trying to decide if this is a good place for my puppy to go to? The process should be: honor the promotion, do a fantastic job during that visit, and then discuss future visits! I’m looking for a place that will care for my puppy. Not a place hungry for money!

Friendly and caring staff took wonderful care of our Jack Russell, Roxy! I found the visit, vaccinations, and quote for teeth extractions reasonably priced! I highly recommend NHAH!!

I went in at 7:30 AM for urgent care of a four week old puppy. She was weak, somewhat disoriented, and unable to properly walk after a presumed aggressive attack from another adult dog to her neck area. Although they were no puncture wounds, she had been visibly traumatized. The folks at Newhope were genuinely concerned about her condition, and cared for her so well that she was released the same evening at closing with excellent instructions. My puppy made a full recovery within three days. Thank goodness and thanks y'all!

If you are looking for the best vet clinic you’ll ever visit, look no further. We took my girl here for 8 years & she lived to be 15 years old as a Rottweiler. They will treat you & your pet like family. My girl recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but Dr. Jackson & the lovely staff at New Hope gave us so much time with her. I will miss seeing the gals (shoutout Sunny, Sarah, & all of y’all ♡). Everyone should take their pet here, no matter how long it takes you to drive. We live in Woodstock & would make the trek. They’re truly angels. Thank you all.

New Hope is so amazing with our 3 babies. One of them gets regular ear infections and they are always so accommodating to our schedule and they get him right in! They really truly care about our pups.

This is THE ABSOLUTE BEST Animal Clinic in Georgia....Hands Down! I had to leave one Vet Clinic ? and bring her to NEW HOPE for THE RIGHT CARE! Dr. Gulledge will save your puppy baby's life!???????? So grateful! ❤️
Update: A week later...My Baby is feeling so much better PRAISE GOD!?? She was on IV fluids for two days and had injections for her kidneys. ? But ... again this is THE ABSOLUTE BEST VET that we've ever had. They specialize in EMERGENCY SERVICES but without the hospital cost. Dr. Gulledge is so amazing! She and her entire staff are the best ..and they put so much into caring for Koko...and were so compassionate it's unreal. Not to mention, they don't just care about the dollar like most vets...and their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Gulledge even gave me a big hug as I left because she knew how worried I was in the beginning. ? Such a true sweetheart! ❤️ Thank you for saving my Lil Koko's life! I'm so grateful! ??
