Was told that the manger would be at work at certain times because I was told she is the only one that could do the ordering I stopped by several times to talk to her to find out she went home early.Then on another trip the pump charged my card but didn't let me get gas the cashier was new and when she call the manger she was told to figure it out when I told her that I would call the corporate number she FaceTime her to try and walk her thru it and good luck getting a manger after 2 they have kids and don't feel like they need to work past that both the store manger and ast.manger work mornings and don't ever close I've seen better management at over Murphy locations I wish anyone applying for a job or trying to get ahold of a manger better luck than I have had I will never go back to the Dallas location until management changes or get a heck of at better

The manager is working her employees to death I came to get gas and she had one girl working all by her self and the Poor girl she had looked like she had been working for days and she didn’t even let her have an off day on her birthdaybut when the manager was there she refused to sell my daughter an Energy drink and she was a paying customer so there for I feel like she is a not a good manager manager

I just endured the worst customer service in my life at this station the attendant spoke to me like I was a pc of ish... I could not believe how she spoke to me as a customer I think she would hv fought me; she said “YOU BLACK PPLE... “ it was really terrible to know that this is what csr’s are doing now-

So far only place I typically get gas. One of the cheapest and now they have a members app where you can accumulate points and use it towards rewards or 10 cents off gas!
