Rude experience the manager does not show any appreciation for customers spending money at store do not try to help do not go over and beyond call of duty don't even look like they want to be there just a real nochalant type of feel in this place it's dieing for happy and smiling faces and whatever the white guy is he don't speak and barely open mouth you have a serious concern. I'll travel all the way to Marietta just to receive great customer service surprise this place is still open manger can't do a simple add new line keep same number.

Simply wanted to add two new lines to my existing family plan and associate insisted it would be $60 per line and the following month I would need to call in to switch it to my family plan. I knew this was not accurate and this was more about hitting quota and adding to the commision check. I politely left and activated elsewhere. But I am not surprised as I had similar experiences at 3 other Metro stores in the area. I will not be back as I would not be trust the staff to be honest.

Asked to take a picture of my daughters ID for a debit card transaction my daughter is 16. This is not a normal practice and unacceptable. Will not be back.

Very rude employee and store was quite dirty. Also the email they answered on this is different with every negative or 1 star rating. I would make the drive to a different location. I did!

I have been a loyal customer for at least 20 years now, and I'm highly digusted with your location on Merchants Dr. in Dallas. Rude employees, customer service is horrible and nobody could help me out with my problem. They told me "There is nothing we can do for you" That really gets under my skin when your company tells a 20 year customer that. There needs to be some kindness and respectfulness at all your locations and by the way the corporate store was a little helpful, but still didn't take.careof the problem.

came in for a upgrade with my aunt today . when we walked in there was no type of greeting or any “how can i help you today” . there were 2 associates there , 1 was a black girl with pink and black braids , the other was an asian/philippino girl with glasses and a septum & nose ring . both of the associates were very rude and had a don’t care , smart allic attitude . the cleaniness of the store is not kept up at all and there is a very bad smell . i do not recommend coming to this location .

The girl Naomy is the worst seller ever! She needs not to be manager. This store has a very low percentage of sales. Beware this lady hides phones so you can not purchase them. She saves them for her friends and family smh. She will send you on a wild goose chase. Do not shop here!
