I LOVE lost Mountain Nursery! I only wish that I had discovered them years ago! Their selection is amazing and EVERYTHING I have planted from here has thrived! I purchased a really large crepe Myrtle that bloomed magnificently its first season...and we planted it at the end of June! We also planted a gorgeous Japanese maple, hydrangeas, drift Roses, and some annuals. Everything has thrived! The annuals I purchased from Home Depot barely grew (I bought before I discovered Lost Mountain Nursery), but the ones I purchased here grew quickly and bloomed profusely! This is where I will purchase all my plants from now on! The staff is also amazing...very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions!

I love their outdoor set up. They have plants that the other nurseries don't. Nice property to view the plants and trees.

The ladies here are super knowledgeable about all the plants they offer. I love that the selections are some of their personal favorites they have grown themselves and yet unique to all the corporate nurseries (home depot etc). The prices are very reasonable especially for a family owned business. I always recommend to people when looking for a local nursery.

I've been to this place twice and I won't be back again. The first time I went whomever that old white lady is that's always sitting up there with the shades on acts like she doesn't want to help anybody who doesn't have the same skin color as her. She blatantly ignored me when I asked about pollinator plants. I thought maybe she was deaf. So then I asked one of the other workers and she pointed me to some great plants that actually worked; she was a younger girl.Came back again, and I had my son with me and she stared at me the entire time. and then when I looked at her, she tried to pretend like she wasn't just staring me down. But when you see how she treats the other customers that are white it's very obvious.Don't take my word for it read the several other reviews after mine who have the same experiences. Hard pass.

This place has a good selection of plants, some that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. The selection is very seasonal as expected at a nursery, so you need to come often to see what they have. Prices are good. I recently bought some Hellebore there that was definitely higher quality and lower price than I saw elsewhere. Other things seem slightly higher priced versus the competition, but I haven't really done a careful price comparison.The staff seems to always be busy tending the plants, but have been helpful when I've asked for help. Other reviews have been harsh regarding an older woman, presumed to be the owner. I haven't worked with her, but the two I've interacted with have been very pleasant and helpful.

The older lady seems to be very unpleasant and prejudice. I watch how she treated a african-American woman she was going to wait on me before her and she was already standing in line and I told her no she was here first. I didn’t like that at all ! Same on you ? I won’t be going back !

They always have interesting and hard to find plants! Highly recommend that you visit. They had almost everything for my new front yard plan when their big local competitor nursery didn't. LMN has become the go-to store!

Great experience today at Lost Mountain Nursery. Good assortment of pansies both sizes and color combinations. Some with faces and some without. Also ornamental cabbage and kale to set off the pansies. Lots more to choose from. And friendly service. We will be back.
