Always a good shopping experience. Employees are helpful and pleasant.

Every self checkout was open, but only one staffed checkout. The self checkout lanes were empty, but the line for the one staffed lane was back into the merchandise aisles. Everyone in the line had a full cart, which is difficult to navigate through self checkout. Self checkout is great for small purchases, but when there's a line of people with full carts you need to open another staffed lane!

We needed to pick up lunch after church. Kroger is just around the corner and they always have what we need.

Used to shop here exclusively but not anymore. Always out of stock of lots of things, ever increasing prices, GARBAGE self-checkout equipment (seriously ALWAYS need to wait for an attendant) and terrible produce.

Ever since Tommy, (the original store manager) has retired, this store has gone downhill..hard to find people to help you. Out of stock on several items..even items that are on sale! Needs better customer service.

The cleanest bathroom in a store I ever seen. Very good food selection in the produce department. Don't like the self checkout.

Don’t get gas at this location deducts 150.50 for a hold then because I didn’t have enough money after the hold it declined my gas purchase for 25 but it charged my account anyway so 175.00 taking out of my account and didn’t even get gas
The staff could care less. I’ll never go to Kroger again f them

Ive always used this pharmacy for my family but today i decided to finally transfer all my prescriptions to CVS. The staff is absolutely awful. The male pharmacist is the most unfriendly human being and so is the tech Kathy. But if the pharmacy manager can’t have a good attitude, why should the staff have to have one? They never say hello/how are you, crack a smile or make eye contact. I was asking how much prescription would cost and Kathy’s response was I don’t know we haven’t filled it yet then I asked if it was in stock or if they’d have to order it, I got an I don’t know again. Guess she doesn’t know a whole lot about her job.. They make you feel unwelcomed and like a huge bother to them. Don’t even get me started on how many times I’ve had to wait on them to open because they cannot open on time.

This store location is in DIRE need of help but after seeing some of the reviews of the corporate office it is evident on why they need help. It has gone extremely downhill the past few years. I visited this sad existence of a grocery store on Saturday march 23rd. I went for several items but also went to get ingredients for dinner. In the produce section I found almost rotten “fresh” mushrooms. But, they’ve been this way every time I’ve been to this store. After gathering everything I needed, I went to check out. I normally don’t mind using the self checkout but the poor employee that was working it this day was having to do so many other things he couldn’t see straight or offer assistance when it was needed. I purchased an item that required a security device to be removed, and the employee designated to work the self checkout was busy doing what seemed like every other employee’s task, I went to ask someone at another register for help in removing it. Now I would like to make it known that this employee that I went to ask for help from, was standing at a register, with the light on, and with no other customers in line. His response was “I can’t remove that but the attendant working that area can when he gets back to his station” this is also the same employee that was standing at the customer service counter casually chatting with another employee while I was attempting to check out and the register kept messing up.. I unfortunately had to return to this store today and the brand new block of cheese that I purchased with a sell by date of June 6th had mold on it. This summarizes two recent experiences at this store, not all of them. From the constant options on buying rotten food or the lazy and rude employees I don’t know why anyone would ever step foot in this store. Oh and the other Kroger location close to me currently has a rodent infestation.
