My experience today, June 3, 2024 was great! Douglas assisted me at customer service. He was fast and friendly, not to just me but others before and after me. Thank you for making my transaction easy and fast. Btw, Tyler over in Starbucks was exceptionally nice a few weeks ago.

It's great to know that no matter which location I visit, I can find the same great Kroger prices and product selection. During my last road trip, I had to restock the snacks and get a few drinks.
This Kroger is quite nice. I appreciate the integration of technology with everyday store features. This is the move in the right direction. This store is clean and well laid out. It's a plus when customers are not visiting their local stores.
The only wonky thing is the price of ice. There are multiple options for ice in the register, but only size and price is offered. Not sure why they haven't fixed that, but they need to.

The store itself is great. Just tired of almost getting hit numerous times because people cannot see around those EV charging things at the end of the aisle.

I am an autistic individual and have an extremely hard time finding foods that I can eat due to sensory issues. One of my "safe foods" is the California salad sushi roll. Usually, if they are out of them, I just ask the guy to make me one and he's very nice and it's not a problem. Today there was a different old man there that was very grumpy and rude. He barely looked up at me and just said NO. I am now having a meltdown and will probably starve for the rest of the day.

Everyone giving this place a 5 star review haven't lived here long, because this store has gone WAY down hill. The parking lot is full, the produce is awful, there's never any lanes open, the whole store has an aroma of fish, the people who shop there now are the most aggressive humans I've ever come in contact with, and the Kroger delivery people (insta cart?) Are all thieves. They see a ramp in front of your house for wheelchairs and they'll neglect to deliver your whole order, but happily take your tip. This is the closest store to me, and the only one that offers delivery, but I'd rather make my way to the good Walmart (that I'm gatekeeping from all of y'all that helped ruin this Kroger) for curbside pickup than spend any more money here.

Very patient staff, I came in late my card did not work. They where very understanding I had over $200 worth of stuff. So sorry, but I love this location. Hopefully my card work tomorrow. This is a great Kroger location I love the staff.

Went to store on Nathan Dean at 9:30 this morning, on cashier lane was open and 4 people in line. I decided to go through self check out. Since I was the only one using those lines, I went to the one where a cleck was standing. After scanning each item I placed it in bagging area. When my peanut butter jar feel and rolled to the feet of the clerk, she made no attempt to assist. Instead she said "your peanut butter is rolling away". What a contrast from Publix where they scan your groceries, unload your cart and take your groceries to car. I used to use Kroger's because of gas points but since their gas is now unbranded my car does not run well on it. Due to poor service, lower quality produce and staff unwilling to help, I will be shopping exclusively at Publix

Kaleigh at curbside Pickup was a refreshing smiling face in comparison to what we normally experience inside from some of the cashiers.
Her customer service and genuine attitude were second to none!
