I sat in the drive thru pharmacy window waiting on them to open up. The pharmacy hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. I called and asked what time they opened up the drive thru window and was told in 20 more minutes. It is currently 8:10. Worst experience ever. Will be switching pharmacies.

I put in a prescription to be filled and called. I called to advise which medication was most important. He told me which medications i placed and filled the wrong dose of diabetic medication. I felt bad yesterday drive and I woke up with sugar of 400. They could’ve careless. I didn’t know they go on lunch at 1pm. The girl told me to come back at 3 after their lunch then the pharmacist said 1:30pm. I just moved over here so i didn’t know. The girl took so long with putting it in correctly now i would have to still wait or force myself to drive back. I have a headache and still feel bad. I already forced myself to get up. Its a shame. I was a pharmacy tech for 5 years until i got sick and my son cerebral palsy got worse. I would have never turned a patient away. My job was to help. You never know what can happen to a patient.

The staff tries their best. I think it’s important to realize insurance and doctors offices have a big impact on what the pharmacy can do and how quickly they can do it. Staff is usually kind. They don’t hesitate to let you know why something different might be happening that day (Different drive thru hours, a longer line inside, longer wait time for prescriptions) in the pharmacy with limited staff. Thanks to this location and the staff that’s stayed around to make sure we get our medication. I know they try their best.

There are 2 pharmacy technicians who are phenomenal at their jobs, I wish I knew the two ladies names, both wear glasses and are always kind. I know kindness isn't a pre-requisite in this or any field, so they go above any beyond. The pharmacist and all the other staff I have nothing nice to say about. Treating people with decency and respect goes a long way, and being curt or downright rude starts to wear on people. It shows you need a break, and some self care and I'm sorry you're not getting that.

First time I had been back in this Kroger in sometime. And will probably be the last time very unorganized aisles. Many product still sitting in the aisles. Every checkout line was backed down through the shopping isles. When opening a milk cooler, the entire cooler smelt like sour milk not a very friendly family atmosphere anymore either very sad probably will not be going back.

They are the worst. Don't answer phones, make you wait forever. Never have your prescription ready.

Worst, slowest, rudest pharmacy I've ever been to! I don't understand the rudeness?! There is no reason for it and forget them even answering a medication question, they have no idea! I had to google the generic brand for my sons inhaler because their answer was "I don't know" someone needs to start completely over with the entire staff!!!! Never will I go here again!!

This is the 3rd episode l had at this pharmacy. lam a kroger plus customer and always enjoyed shopping, meeting people, buying flowers but can't take the bad service at the pharmacy. The manager has always been kind but his employees are very incompetent, rude and not people friendly. l had to make 3 trips in one day for pickup. lt was not ready when l came in 3rd time and raised cain and act like a crazy lady. What they say about pick up is never correct and they blame it on the flu. Drivethru opens at 900 am it never opened. This was Saturday. l waited for 45 min. nothing. They run this store like "WHATEVER " ATTITIDUDE and lam worn out and will never come back. No more driving back and forth for nothing.

Just did a pick up and they gave me rotten fruit very visible and disgusting. I will never use this service or Kroger again. Headed to Ingles and Publix where they have fresh foods.

Having a medical emergency and my prescription was called in. I got a call that it was filled. When we got there we were told it wasn't filled and would take an additional 20 minutes, 30 minutes later we were still waiting. Wouldn't want these people running a fast food drive thru, much less a pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

The Kroger Pharmacy staff went above and beyond to get a special-order medication for a patient just released from the hospital. Other pharmacies didn’t have it, and it was critical. I called the hospital for help, and they said to call back if I couldn’t get it elsewhere. I’m surprised she was released without it from the hospital pharmacy, or making sure it could be easily obtained; they gave me a prescription with the discharge paperwork. At Kroger I dealt with several staff members, and they got the medication that I was originally told would hopefully be available early the following week the next day; went in Thursday evening and had it on Friday before 1:00 pm. They even offered a potential solution to switch it to another form, though that would take time as well, and may not have been what was best for the patient. All around a great job by the Kroger Pharmacy; and I am very appreciative.
