We had a pool party planned and the weather was not looking too promising. We contacted JJ's Toys and More and asked for same day. Not only did they accommodate us last minute, they arrived early, and made an even more last minute change in helping us get a larger inflatable! Outstanding customer service and they delivered with gold standard! Cannot wait to patronize this business again soon.

The dinosaur bounce house & dual-slide combo was a hit at my son’s 2nd birthday party! We also rented tables & chairs. JJ’s Toys made the rental process seamless and were true professionals every step of the way; with an easy booking platform, on-time equipment drop-off and pickup, and responsive customer service. JJs is family owned and operated, which I love! It was easy to book the Throne chair I needed for my birthday party. It was so hassle free! They dropped it off the day of the event the chair was in excellent condition and the chair was absolutely a crowd favorite! The party theme was Nubian Royalty so this chair really finalized my decor. The owners have their son, J.J. The business’ namesake, who works with his parents to operate the business. The communications were excellent and the entire deal was effortlessly done. Check out these pictures of the party. The chair was EVERYTHING! I’ll do business again in the future and I will recommend others to use this service for any special event rentals. Thanks again, JJs!!!!

They were great! The process was seamless. I Booked online and signed all docs through the website. They came and set up ahead of time and shared a video for how to use the snow one machine. The bounce house was clean and looked new. Everyone was very impressed. Thanks! Will be using again in the future

JJ and his family showed up ahead of schedule, called before to let us prepare. Great family to do business with! They also called to let us know when they would be picking up so we could have the kids get finished up, will be calling them again for sure!

This was my third time renting from JJ's. For this particular party I made my reservation online just three days before. I reserved a wet waterslide/bounce house combo, tables and chairs, and a concession machine. I received texts of how to prepare on the days leading up to the event. They arrived hours early to set everything up and like every time before, the bounce house/waterslide combo was a hit with both the kids and adults. When they came to pick everything up and realized my son could never figure out how to operate the cotton candy machine, they didn't hesitate to stay longer to crank it up for us. They insisted we at least have a taste of the concession we'd rented. Sentiments such as this are why I'm a repeat customer.JJ's has become my family's number one choice for our parties. This small family owned business has never fell short on professionalism, their equipment is reliable and the service they provide is always top tier.

I found this company last minute and they accommodated my every request, even on the day of! I rented tables and chairs and also added on a generator for my bounce house on the day of the party.

I used JJ’s Toys & More for a church function. They were responsive to all my questions, courteous, and easy to work with. They came earlier, they were quick and efficient. Everyone loved the bounce house. I will definitely be using them in the future.
