Had them install about 2400sq of carpet, LVP, & LVT. Getting set up in store and with samples, great. Installation was a different story. The installers were confused with what they were supposed to do as they told me only 2 bathrooms (no it's 3) and a LVP at the rear entrance. Apparently they even called their supervisor and he came over and was told I left the house. I never went anywhere those 2 days. Didn't look too hard for me.
They were fast (maybe too fast) and did everything in less than 2 days. Be warned, they do not reinstall toilets', but I was prepared for that. Installed, everything looks great. Problems, they were supposed to move furniture from one room across the hall to another. Well they did half. Made the huge mistake of trying to get the last piece moved, even one "helped". He allowed a hole to be put in the wall without saying a word. They spoke so little English anyway. According to Health, it was my fault and they took no responsibility. Seems they can not, or will not, close exterior doors, even when they are not coming in/out. They asked to borrow tools and vacuum. Vacuum is now broke and once again, no responsibility since I told them they could use it. Looks like the gears in the power head got stripped out. It's s Dyson DC25, so not a cheap unit.
Again, finish floors look great, but don't allow them to use or borrow anything, that includes bathrooms (another story).

We had an amazing experience with Heath Flooring Concepts! They installed carpet and backsplash in our new home and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Their team was awesome to work with and took their time to ensure that everything was done right. I would recommend them to anyone!

From the initial call to request a bid to the after care visit Heath Flooring has been absolutely phenomenal.
The job wasn't small, carpet installation in the upstairs bedrooms and wooden floors sanded and refinished downstairs.
We had three companies come out, make presentations and bid. From the initial contact one company stood head and shoulders above the competition: Heath Flooring
Doug is a true professional who went out of his way to guide us through the entire process. He was readily available to answer and questions, address any concerns and make great suggestions.
Their teams arrived as schedules, worked quickly and finished on time.
Doug came out to check the work, made sure that we were entirely satisfied with the service and made it clear that he will be available if we needed anything else.
We have had a great experience with Doug Heath and strongly recommend him to anyone considering renovations.

I recommend and will use Heath Flooring again. When I finally found Heath Flooring I had already called numerous other tile installers. I either didn't get a call back or appts for estimates were skipped. I all but had given up on renovating my kitchen backsplash when I asked my handy man Jon if he knew of someone that could help me. He recommended Heath Flooring with the comment of how easy it was to work with him, Jon is a painter and he and Heath Flooring had completed many new or total renovations of existing homes. Jon said all his workmanship was great. I called as soon as I received the phone number. He was able to come out that day to look at the job and discuss how he was going to approach the r&r. Took pictures, measurements, and called back within a few business days with my estimate and an estimated start date. His crew was professional and as promised completed the job in just one day.I can't say enough about Heath Flooring. Very Professional, clean and skilled. Give them a call!

Replaced all of the carpet and the linoleum in the kitchen with Happy Feet Pinnacle LVP in Queensbury color HF1203. Heath Flooring was very professional and did what they said in the time we agreed upon. The installers did an excellent job and I highly recommend Heath Flooring!

I had two different carpeting installation jobs done by Heath Flooring Concepts and it couldn't have been better. From the estimate to the final installation they were professional, on time, and did a great job! I highly recommend them and I don't do that for most business's.

It was a great experience having Heath Flooring install new Mohawk RevWood laminate flooring throughout the first floor and Mohawk carpeting upstairs. I met the owners and the entire office staff and everyone was genuinely friendly and made me feel like I was their most important customer. The installers went the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfectly and returned heavy furniture to their original locations. Their bid on my project was competitive with the big box stores and the national flooring chains and I believe I received exceptional value by choosing Heath Flooring.
