I needed to get my oil changed before leaving on a camping trip. I called Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday morning but they were booked but said come first thing and they would work me in. I decide to drop off Thursday evening so it would be there when they opened. They had my truck done and came and picked me up because I didn’t have a way to get there before 10:00. That was perfect. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Back in June I was at Hardy Ford and a technician came out to look at my 2021 Lincoln Aviator. The overhead sunglass case covet was broken, it does not stay shut. He took all my info and said he needed to order it. 2 months go by and I called, no one had any idea what I was taking about?? Once again the girl on the phone took all my information and said she would call when it comes in.I called today, once again he had no idea, but at least I was in the computer. He said he would call back, he never did. I have no idea how they stay in business. Unbelievable work ethic. They just don’t care. You may be able to buy a vehicle there, but god help you if you need service. 1 star is still to much.

Kristin was amazing! She helped us find what we wanted and help us be able to manage the payments. She took her time with us even through all the back and forth we had to go through. My parents have bought all their cars from Hardy Ford and definitely will continue. I would recommend Hardy Ford to anyone!

Kristin was AWESOME! I went in not knowing if I was going to even be eligible to get a brand new car with my trade in, but they made it happen with the help of her! She is the most friendliest person and she made sure I was taken care of! Not only did I gain a brand new car, but I also gained an awesome friend! We will definitely be back ❤️

When I arrived at Hardy Family Ford service desk I was over whelmed with good customer service. I told Mr.Bod my problem and he assured me we get to the problem of my situation. The service Technician did a wonderful job. Also, they check for recalls and any visual problems. The Hardy Family Ford Team did a wonderful job.Thank You!!

I had a little snag with some pricing and one other thing. I called the dealership and spoke to a manager "Mike". He got back to me within an hour and refunded the price difference without me having to go back to the dealership. He was also extremely professional and did not make excuses. I really appreciate the way this was handled and the speedy turnaround. It cost Hardy 20 bucks to gain a customer for life. Pretty cheap advertising if you ask me. I wish other companies would realize that it doesn't take much to retain customers. They should take a lesson from the Hardy Team

I was pleased with my recent experience at HFF. From the moment I arrived, Service Rep Krissy greeted me with a friendly smile. She immediately got my information and made arrangements for transportation to drop me off at home. When I got the text the next day my vehicle was ready for pick up it was a pleasant surprise. As I was expecting 2-3 days before work would be done. Very prompt, professional service team. I’m a happy customer!

My vehicle was in for repair of the brake line. It was recall repair. The letter I received stated the repair would take at least 1/2 day with possible full day. I made an appointment for 8:30 am on a Wednesday. I was told that it would probably take until 1pm. I returned at 1:30 pm and the vehicle was not ready. A gentleman called the service department and they told him It would be ready by closing that night. I told him I would pick it up the next morning. I gave them the benefit of doubt and did not return until about 10am. The car was not ready and they said it would probably be after 1pm. I was extremely upset and left after venting my feelings of extreme anger. I was planning to return at 2, but received a call from the service writer advising the car was ready.. I was not happy with the service I was given, although the service writers were very nice and did try to help me a lot. I realize it was not their fault, they were simply conveying the information given to them.

Very happy with the customer service my husband and I received from Hardy. From the ordering of our 2024 Mustang GT to the delivery, they kept us informed and in the loop. We are totally happy with the entire experience! Definitely recommend!

I have visited Hardy Ford for routine maintenance like oil changes as well as service items such as recalls and repairs for eight years. The folks there are friendly and accommodating, even with last-minute requests. I own three Ford vehicles so it’s good to have a reliable service center nearby. Their work has always been high quality in my experience.

What a pleasant experience. Our salesperson Kristin Hughes was knowledgeable and got us a great deal. She wasn't pushy, but made sure we had all the essentials!! Highly recommend.
