The girl who is working here is very rude and didn't finish helping me before she took the next customer and was to worried about braiding her hair. If you don't like your job then find another one that doesn't deal with customer service.

The main guy that is usually at this location lately is very nice and always helpful!! He knows his stuff and is very efficient:) I feel confident when dropping off my packages

I wish Walmart would kick them out and put something actually useful there. What really makes the cake is the fact Walmart could do it themselves and kick fedex out. Walgreens up the street has fedex drop off and they just do it themselves and you know what their FedEx's hours are their hours and they have better employees cause it's their employees. It wastes space and money being closed 30-40% of the time Walmarts open and just pisses off us customers instead because of how useless it is.

They deserve zero. I had a pre-printed label for two returns. The instructions for return were that I should show the email and the free apparel polybags would be provided but the young lady stated that she didn't know about that and she didn't have a bunch of polybags to give away. Fedex and the business obviously negotiated this arraignment, but the fedex rep didn't honor it. She wanted me to pay for packaging which was not the instructions of our free return of the business. There was a gentleman in front of me that went through the same situation and had to pay for packaging for a free return that the business he bought from stated he wouldn't have to pay for packaging.

Stopped by to check on order. Was greeted by a very rude manager. I explained that I was very early and didn't expect it to be ready yet. And he kept interrupting me and had a very poor attitude towards someone who just spent over 200 dollars.Went back to get the items and the same manager had given a decent discount due to the order being a bit behind. Also, he was much friendlier the next visit. I am assuming I caught him at a bad time the first time. Overall good experience.

The store manager (white dude with glasses) has a terrible attitude! This isn't the first visit of mine and every time I interact with him it seems like his attitude gets worse. I'll take my business elsewhere!

guy was so rude, we arrived at 5:15 and were standing outside of gate patiently waiting. we asked the lady in front of us what was going on then he automatically yelled at me and my dad “I HAVE COVID, want to come in?!?!” this was very rude and disgusting and uncalled. i pray he finds god and becomes a better individual maybe thats why he got covid

Post your accurate hours! There is no reason I should come here mid afternoon and the gates are closed but store hours say otherwise. Thus is the second time.

Recently learned that the young FedEx rep that I called "Old Skool" is no longer at this location. He was such a pleasant young man and ALWAYS friendly. We always talked about R & B music from the 70's.

Bailey works at this location as a rep and she doesn’t even know how to print an email. Waited for about 30 minutes for her assistance and she says she can’t help me print out a page as she doesn’t even know how to log in the computer. And blamed it on manager that manager never trained her on that. Peoples time is important and if you guys can’t help please take the computer out so people don’t have to wait in line for a question. And change your name to only FedEx delivery . Thankyou

I had a great experience here. I called before I came to double check they would be open and when I arrived, I had to wait in a short line. Even though I did not have an envelope and I only had a screenshot of my shipping label, I was provided an envelope and an email address I could send the screenshot. The process to mail my document was super easy, thanks!

I got here at 4:20pm today, Friday August 19th and this location was locked up. No sign saying why it's closed. It's supposed to close at 6pm. Now I have to drive to another location. Bad business!@
