The main guy that is usually at this location lately is very nice and always helpful!! He knows his stuff and is very efficient:) I feel confident when dropping off my packages

Recently learned that the young FedEx rep that I called "Old Skool" is no longer at this location. He was such a pleasant young man and ALWAYS friendly. We always talked about R & B music from the 70's.

I have been to this FedEx location several times. I have always received good, pleasant service. I don't understand what others are unhappy with.
