There was a shoplifter that got stopped while I was there. The manager handled it calmly but the customer was pretty ugly. 0therwise I found everything I needed and some I did not. The limited edition Hostess cupcakes S'mores flavor are the bomb!

I have always had a pleasant experience at my local Family Dollar. They have everything you need and want. You can run in for 1 or 2 items or spend an hour browsing or loading up your cart.

Employees might need a little more training. Just left the store and whoever the guys was behind the counter was on his phone (AirPods) the entire time. He was talking pretty loudly and using some language the young girl in the store with her grandma shouldn’t have had to hear. Was STILL on the phone as he was checking people out at the counter.

As usual it's a nightmare in that store that's why I quit going there. Just had an emergency had to stop by really quick and of course nightmare.

I bought lighter fluid and my mom texted me 2 minutes later saying she got some I went right back in the store to return it the lady told me she couldn’t return it so me being me I called another family dollar and he said he could return it as long as I had my receipt smh this lady at the Dallas location that work this morning 10am July 4 2019 need to be written up ??♀️
