Terrible customer service. An employee couldn’t help & told me the question I was asking was above his pay grade. Another employee told me he was brought to work there today & he has many people to help & told me to come back tomorrow for my prescription after staying in line for an hour waiting for my turn. They took our names & medication off their system & we can no longer order without going to the store. I think it is time to become a Walgreens customer.

I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews but this CVS is horrible! They never call to let you know anything about your prescriptions such as insurance not excepting them and then one of the employees lied to me about getting my sons prescription filled he said itd be ready later that day and luckily before I got off the phone with him I got a message saying it couldn’t be refilled so when I asked him about it he said yes it can’t be refilled right now when he just said he processed it??? Make it make sense. Seriously this cvs pharmacy is horrible!

They closed the gate on my wife and I's face right after helping the customer in front of us. Two employees stood there and watched us as they closed the gate. I had to say excuse me through the gate to even get someone to talk to us and the employee says, "we are closed from 1:30 until 2 for lunch." There is no sign on the front of the building or pharmacy stating that they close for lunch.

Total incompetence. I walk up to the counter to drop off a script and stand there, alone, at the counter, while 4 goons mill around what appeared to be a pharmacist. What I think was the pharmacist was dressed exceptionally causual, not at all like a professional should dress. The four goons milling around him all looked like just got off from basketball practice. Finally, after almost 5 minutes one of the goons asked if I'd been helped. We'll, I've been standing here for nearly 5 minutes while you and your goonie friends all looked at me. NO! I haven't been helped! This all happened very close to closing time and I had a script for pain killers post surgery. They didn't even have the drug in stock. I stood there and wasted 5 minutes of my life for those goons.Never go to a pharmacy run by goons and children.

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy and they never have prescriptions in stock. Total lack of customer service and poor communication. I’ll be changing my pharmacy.

I do not care for self check out as the only option. Today I walked in to pick up one item, which is not sold anywhere else in the area. I walked in and there were 4or 5 people waiting, while an associate was assisting a lady. If people can be paid to assist customer with the process, they can be paid to use the registers to speed things

As a senior citizen I was very pleased with the service I received on 2 separate days, from Ayana and Ray at the Seven Hills Blvd location. I used to be very intimidated by the process, but they were both was extremely patient and helpful and showed me how to use the self checkout. Ayana showed me the first time, and a week later I needed help again, and Ray was there and he willingly and patiently helped me again. Hopefully, I'll be able to do in when next I visit.THANK YOU AYANA and RAY!!

Pharmacy hours showed they opened at 9am. Shade was down in drive thru at 10am and a guy who works in pharmacy was driving out of the parking lot. I understand things happen, but would appreciate a sign on the window. I go here a lot for convenience, however no one is ever friendly and they all seem unhappy and at times very rude. I’ve picked up prescriptions before here and always check them as sometimes they hand them to me unmixed. When I call, I wait on hold for an extended period of time and when no one picks up after 15 minutes, I have to hang up. Manager never says a word to customers and just issues a store coupon if there’s an issue. An apology and kindness goes a lot farther than a coupon. Hoping corporate can address these issues and get to the bottom of the low morale and help the staff make it a pharmacy of choice as there is a ton of development in the area and this store could do very well.
