No words can truly describe the stupidity of this pharmacy. I dropped off my son’s medication at 9:30pm, was told that it would take an hour to fill it, I came back at 10:30pm to pick it up. Drove home and discovered that my son’s antibiotics were not mixed. I called the pharmacy and and drove back to have it fixed at 11:00pm. Upon returning to the store instead of a “hi, how may I help you” I was met with a sharp tone by one of the Technision/pharmacists “hey I think this is the lady…” and the pharmacists response to their error “oh she was new and didn’t read the label”. Didn’t read the label!!!! Don’t go to this pharmacy —-CVS you need to retrain/hire new personnel who are actually qualified to do this job and actually care about the people who walk through that door.

The Pharmacy Technician that I had was the most caring and helpful person. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone that needs a prescription filled. Thank you to the person that helped me.

This location has greatly improved over the past few months in my opinion. The wait times are shorter and they have the medications I need in stock mostly all the time. The staff were so friendly tonight and I can really tell that the staff really enjoy working together!

My daughter’s doctor sent over her prescription at around 10 AM on Friday. I receive a text message at 11:55 stating they had to order the medicine. IMy daughter’s doctor sent over her prescription at around 10 AM on Friday. I receive a text message at 11:55 stating it would need to be ordered. I call, person that I spoke with said the medication had been ordered and would arrive Monday… one business day they said. Received a text message Monday stating the prescription is being filled now and to come by the pharmacy with insurance information, this was our first prescription filled at cvs. Several hours later on Monday, receive a text message stating the medicines being ordered I call speak with Nancy. Nancy says, even though we got the prescription on Friday we didn’t order it till today and there is nothing that could be done about it and that it wouldn’t be available until Tuesday. Super frustrating, now my daughter has been without her medicine for 48 hours and has to wait another 24 really really bad business if you’re gonna send out communications make sure they’re correct the first time!

whoever decided to take away the Cpap supplies suck. maybe it was a corporate decision, but even that sucks too

At first I was very disappointed but when Carl said he would take care of my transfer of a prescription I believed him. He was genuinely concerned and was willing to help. I hope my transfer will be completed today. Thank you Carl. He is the only reason I am giving any stars. Every other experience was dreadful.

Went on Tuesday May 7, 2024. Was not feeling good. Service was not good at all. The practitioner who saw me acted like I was bothering her. She made me feel like I was making up my symptoms. Spent $139 for nothing. She prescribed me medicine that I was allergic to. Any other time I've gone to this minute clinic I've had great service. But after this incident I don't think I will go there again.

They decided this visit they would change manufacturers on my inhaler, so the insurance I have would not cover it. I checked out other scripts I already had ready & was sent to the consultation desk to only be told she will change the manufacturer and then she proceeds to tell me I will have to get back in the long line(they only have one line open but they have four registers). Make this make sense, I was just at the er for four hours to come here for this! CVS is the only pharmacy my insurance will cover. This is so ridiculous. You all need to do better!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to get my meds filled.Your not allowed to ask how long its going to take.The staff has no regard for your urgency to get the medicine.This all took place a day before Easter Sunday at 7p.m.2024 This staff at this pharmacy NEEDS restructuring.Start with hiring people that love being a pharmacist.These ladies HATE dealing with people altogether.

The only reason I’m giving this CVS a 5 star is because of the pharmacist Carl, and most of the staff. Everything else is a mediocre pharmacy, which is honestly typical of CVSs.
But Carl is so helpful and kind. Literally the best pharmacist ever. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate him helping me. Getting meds filled is stressful for me because I go on work trips a lot of need my meds for the trips, but Carl is always willing to help me out without getting annoyed or stressing me further. Just a great dude who is great at his job!

I wish zero stars was an option!!Called to ask if the store had a specific product due to that fact cvs is the only place open when I get off work and it's about a 40 minute drive there and back. The women working, Mika was incredibly rude and had an attitude with me for simply just asking if a product was in stock.I manage a business involving specifically in customer service and would fire an employee in the spot for behavior such as this. Please do better no one deserves to be spoken to that way.
