They will lie and say they know about your car or in my case a transmission get you to bring it up there with the promise of it being able to be rebuilt for a certain price then charge you money to scan it and tell you it can’t be done they can only put in a new one for $4700 instead of the original $2500 took it to another shop transmission was removed rebuilt and put back in my truck in three days no problem they are liars and don’t know what they are doing just a bunch of parts changers
Years later I still stand by what I said luckily I have stopped multiple people from going here just a rip off shop

My Son in law and daughter took their vehicle here. Their truck sat there for 2 weeks and for any updates we had to call them, each time being told “we still don’t know, we’re going to drive it” and then the guy working on it was apparently out with the flu for a week and instead of being communicated with it sat there
Finally they decided to pick it up since they weren’t giving us updates and of course then they say “oh it’s the sensor and it will be almost $1000 to fix” after being told when they tried to drive it that they saw no problems.
When we decline and pick it up they refused to give us the key and charged us $160 for a diagnostic they never told us was being serviced and they charges us DOUBLE the cost of the diagnostic because they can. Again, our car sat there and any updates was they would drive it some, that’s it. Do not bring your vehicle here. If you read a few other reviews here you’ll also see why. These guys are very sketchy! Have others say the same thing. Super dishonest! And not integers at all. Stay away!

SHADY. Had our vehicle for over 2 weeks with no updates. When called they kept saying they would “drive it and see” and that it hadn’t been touched because the guy working on it was out with the flu for a week…and we just were never communicated with.
They then refused to give us our keys when we finally just came to pick it up and wouldn’t let us leave with our vehicle without paying almost $200. When we were told that they “drove the truck to test it” Do not bring your vehicle here.

I had an unusual problem because rats ate part of the tubing that led to my windshield wiper solution tank. I went to Complete Automotive to get their opinion on who could fix it. The tubing was outside of my reach. The fixed the issue for me in short order. Thank you Complete Automotive.
