Staff is always super pleasant and helpful when we come in. They also always do their job and try to get some upsell, but always in a low key no pressure type of way. And it usually works out I spent more than double what I planned on. Dude working was very personable today and we had a good talk.

Not the best cloud 9 I’ve ever been too. The staff is not very helpful at all and honestly the guy with tattoos was rude and gave us attitude! I would highly recommend going to an exhale city instead! Much better store and staff in general!!

Love this place and the employees are always nice. The only complaint is if they sell you the wrong coils, you are stuck with them when they should know what their devices take. Otherwise, this place is AMAZING.
