For about 4 years, I've come to this gas station fairly frequently for gas, beer, vapes etc. Lately, there's been issues. A few weeks ago, one of the cashiers rang up her vitamin water with my items. I called her out on it. She said she removed it, then refused to give me a receipt to confirm. The math did not add up from what I purchased... Ended up being close to $4 more. Conveniently, the cost of a vitamin water.
Today, I went to buy a vape. The first vape ($32) was already leaking when the box was opened. Unfortunately, it was the last one of that brand. I had to get a brand that was $7 cheaper. I tested the second vape to make sure it worked (per their store policy), which it did. I offered to take the cheaper ($25) vape plus a $5 item and lose out on the $2. They said they had to call the manager. Manager said I had to get a vape that was the same price. However, they only did not have anymore of that brand for $32. They had something similar but "similar" is not the same. Different ingredients, volume, flavor etc. They knew I already put my mouth on the replacement. Based on the conversation, they intended to resell the vape that had my mouth on it. Basically, it came down to no reasonable solutions on their end.other than to give me the product THEY wanted me to have , not the product I wanted. They did not even offer to refund the $7. I said I'll take the $25 vape, lose out on the $7 and just never come to this store. I won't go back again. The cashier had the nerve to tell me I'll be back.... Please lady, this isn't the only gas station that exists. Like others have said, don't trust them. I hope they have the day, month, year, decade and century they deserve.

Alyssa was so sweet. She served us when the guy in the deli said they were closed and would not help us even though there was so much food. Thank you Alyssa for your customer service and great attitude!

This is a horrible store with horrible employees. The staff here used to be friendly and nice the new folks are rude and not customer oriented. I would suggest the other Scott's a little further down the road.

This is a horribly run business! On multiple occasions the cashiers didn't get a price from the scanner so just made up a number and over charged me for items, I questioned it and busted them. Every time I go there now I have to check because this has happened a lot. They also charge higher prices than most convenient stores. The food is good when it's fresh but sits for hours and gets disgusting looking. Everything gets crusty and stale. It's a real shame because this is the only place in this part of town that has goods and food. The food is old nasty garbage and they over charge everything possible or when they don't know the cost. Absolutely unacceptable. This could be a good business that saves people time driving 30mins to Dallas but they sell stale gross food and over charge you whenever possible. Maybe the girls are just lazy and don't care so they make up numbers. $5 for a regular size water bottle, Dasani even... the thing was 1.99 and I paid 5$.

Terribly over priced just save your money and hit a qt or racetrac the are rude only a selection of people get vip treatment here will never return. Rather run out of gas

I’ve been going here mostly for the deli for going on three years. The staff is great but there’s this one guy that works at the deli. He gives me a stare and a carefree attitude. I usually come here about either once a month. And he would always have a attitude towards me or my friend. Over all the food is a good choice would totally recommend The chicken tenders and the fries. One thing they used to have which was worth buying was the spicy chicken nuggets. Those were the bomb and please bring them back. The prices are good compared to other gas stations. Overall grew up shopping at this gas station and would love to give some thought for the owner :)
