“I came by today to get a wash and noticed a few spots still on my truck. I asked Darian if I could just run my truck back through since I only bought the basic I wasn’t expecting anything special just some soap and water but he went and spoke to his manager Jason. Jason explained to me that the wash I got wouldn’t perform as some of their other packages that have other solutions and soaps to help get additional/residual build up like I was seeing after my wash. Instead of turning me away or making me pay the difference to get a better wash, Jason ran my truck back through at no charge and provided me with the Basic Pro wash.
