“Had to get the waterpump replaced on my 2015 Freightliner asap. Heritage got me in the shop the same day and had me out by end of day to deliver my load on time. Repair was professionally done and they did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me in the loop of how the repair was progressing. Cost of repair was also reasonable and fair . Definitely will be doing business with heritage in the future.”

“I was referred by Dallas Tire- Regan because my ford focus was loosing coolant and the previous mechanic said he could not find anything. It ended up having three leaks, the purge valve needed to be replaced too. The price was heavy but it was a lot of work so I cannot and dont hold that against them. They did the work in reasonable time frame and kept in close contact and gave me updates as it went along. I am now having issues with my husbands truck and have a call in for them to take a look at it. Nice work, very respectful, and timely.”

Staring with diagnostic, I already knew what was wrong but let them tell me what they think, sure enough they told me exactly what was wrong without any extras, they gave me the options to fix, I chose rebuild it, after the warranty was up, I went over a bit over 1000 miles, and they with no hesitation took care of me at no cost, (if they wouldn't help me out on this I don't know what would I have done )
I would definitely recommend this location and will definitely come back if needed ( god I hope not ).

“Best money I NEVER spent on an auto repair by having my car checked @ Alpha! Upon the recommendation of 2 expensive repairs from another auto repair business, I took my car to Alpha for a price comparison. I was floored when I received a call back from Alpha saying they won’t take my money and that there’s nothing that needed repairing on my car. They even showed me pictures from my car’s under carriage. That’s integrity that’s hard to find; especially with an auto mechanic. I will definitely recommend this business to my neighbors!”
“In late August of 2024 I had an excellent experience with Henderson Collision in Dallas, Georgia. They inspected the damage on my 2011 Toyota Camry, prepared an estimate and worked well with my insurance provider to come to an agreement for the anticipated cost of the repair. Once I brought the car in on the scheduled date of the repair they got right to work and completed the repairs on time. In the event that I need car repairs again it will be with Henderson Collision, Inc!”

“I've known Vic ever since I was about 8 years old. He came into my parents restaurant alot. Also one of the mechanics that works name David. I've also known since we were kid. David is a great mechanic and trustworthy person. It's always hard to find a great and honest auto shop. But Vic's is that kind of shop. They are there to take care of all your need in a timely manner and not try and sell you things you really don't need, in order for them to make more money. So many shop out there will take advantage of the average person who knows nothing about how automobiles actually work. So if you want to be treated honestly and fairly Vic's is the place to go to.”

“My grandfathers car had an issue and had the car towed to Pep Boys because it was the closest to his home. Pep Boys came up with some outrageous quote for things that were not even the issue. These guys came out and towed the car from Pep Boys and had it completely fixed in two days for 1/3 of the price. They are super communicative and helpful. I live an hour and a half away and will never take my car anywhere else.”

“I love this place. I cant believe i drive 50 min here but theyre so helpful and kind. I had a nail stuck one evening and it was literally 1 min before closing and they plugged it right up. Very fast. Now, i have been having seems like a leak esp with this now very cold weather about 4 mnths after it was plugged and he patched it right up. Very helpful. Dont be mislead that no dealer can do this if its not a tesla dealer. And yes it was for a Tesla S. I feel like i can trust and cont to return here. Even it being almost an hr away.”

“Look no further for your Ford tuning. Marty and Crew have tuned everything from a timid 2V to a wicked E85 fueled Terminator for me and have been absolutely flawless. The Terminator was tuned by another shop and they could not get it to pull after 4500 RPM. It fell on its face after many revisions. Marty and crew had it dialed after 1 revision, pulling hard up to 6500. Tunes are fantastic, customer service is the best I have ever experienced in any industry, and I am in the private jet segment. These guys are the real deal. Give them your business.”
