OMGOSH…. Is all I can say!!!! I’m extremely happy with my Coco results. This was the first time our Coco was groomed and we wet so nervous due to the matting. But as promised they handled her with care and love. Also, they scheduled us in last minute. Again, thank you soooo much & we will see you all in 6 weeks!!!

I am a truck driver, so it is hard to find someone that will get my 2 dogs in when I am available to do so. When i first called they said it would probably be tomorrow but then said to bring them in today. I am so glad they took them today. They did an amazing job with my dogs, even though my xlarge dog was a hand full and would not let them deshed him. It was not their fault, that is on my stubborn dog. But they were so nice about everything. Will be going here again with my dogs. And they having boarding for them as well, which will be great when me and my husband go on vacation next year.

This was Kirby’s first time at Amazing Tails. He’s a small Cabachon. He went in shaking and scared. Came out chilled and happy from his treatment. Happy pup and happy girls.

Got my dog in and out for a nail trim super fast. My dog was hesitant at first and I wasn’t allowed to go back with her but she came back out perfectly fine. They also offer boarding/daycare!

The groomers at the salon, or phenomenally talented! And they take such good care of my dog when I leave her there. They are always so nice and accommodating and their new facility looks really nice. Awesome people, and I highly recommend them!

We took 3 dogs for a nail trim - in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff and owner are both friendly and professional. This is our new place to go for our puppies!

I strongly advise against bringing your pets to this grooming facility!!!!!!!! The service is highly unprofessional, and the work they did on my dog was extremely poor. My initial experience with them occurred several months after purchasing my golden doodle. When I brought her in for grooming, they informed me that, due to matting in her fur, they would have to cut it short. Understanding this, I returned a few weeks later, only to be told they recommended sedation for her anxiety. During that visit, they only bathed her and did nothing more.In subsequent attempts, even with calming measures like chews and Benadryl, they called to say it was too painful to cut her legs, leaving her halfway shaved. The result was far from satisfactory, and they made no effort to correct the situation. Despite claiming years of experience, their lack of skill was evident. I'm incredibly frustrated, and now I have to reschedule family photos due to their subpar job. Additionally, the excessive shaving on her legs forces me to have her completely shaved, contrary to my original preference. Avoid bringing your dog to this facility at all costs!!! It appears to me the only "experience" they have is for smaller sized animals. DO NOT COME HERE!

I’ve been taking my boys to Amazing Tails for a few years now. Today, we had a bit of a misunderstanding regarding their appointments (the first time ever) and I was very sad because it looked as if they were going to have to wait another week to get in. After getting off the phone with them, I received a call about 5 minutes later asking me if I could bring them both in at 10am for their appointments today. I was so happy to have a groomer that could understand my disappointment and was willing to do whatever they could to make us happy. SN-I was not one of those nasty customers all in their feelings. I appreciate all the efforts of this Amazing team. Best place ever!
