“Let me just say, I lost a package- called Dawsonville Post Office, a gentleman named Shaker assisted me yesturday. He was so efficient and personable, very concerned about my package! He even searched high and low to see if he could locate my delivery, as it is in a small package. He gave me excellent customer service, EVEN CALLED BACK TODAY to tell me my package was in Austel and would be coming next few days...he's a great employee and should be promoted as he is on HIS GAME”

The manager and Hannah was so helpful, she never got aggravate don't you or annoyed and tried many different ways to help me and they found a solution and made my experience great.
