For one thing the hours are stupid in my opinion, people have jobs and dont get off until after four somedays. They took away my families foodstamps out of nowhere even when my mom did the re-filing thing or whatever, when we tried to re-apply they said she made too much money. If she makes too much money for foodstamps why can we still not afford food? They don't realize how hard it is now to get groceries, if they could see our kitchen maybe we'd get foodstamps back. The place needs better workers, no one answers or listens to you here.

They wont answer the phone,or if you waste your gas to go there they wont open the door. They know the kind of people that need them dont have many resources,and they take advantage of that. Useless heartless people that get paid with taxpayers money but dont care at all about the people they're paid to serve!! its very sad and they dont care. The employees that work there should be ashamed to work for such a place.

I gave it one star because there wasn't an option for zero every time I have my food stamp renewal something goes wrong I can never get in touch with anyone my case worker I'm guessing doesn't actually exist and there mailboxes are full I don't know what they are expecting people to do I can't get a call back and answer to anything worst service I have ever experienced good luck

Office was apparently shut down; yet, internet showed hours of operation as being open. Mgnt didn't & couldn't do their jobs.

I can never get in touch with my case manager. If you leave a recording their supposed to call back within a 24 hr period, yet they never seem to return calls and the office is always closed. Good luck!
