Skyler was nice, on time, and completed the installation. But my internet doesn't work. We called Windstream and now a technician is coming out in 7 days to fix the problem. I'm not happy about this. I work from home and don't have the high-speed internet I asked for. What could have been better is if the installation person would have stayed to see if the internet stayed on or to see if it would go on and off.

Our technician, Gavin, was prompt and did a great job explaining everything to us before installation. He was kind throughout the installation and let us know the follow up that would take place to bury the line. Five stars for sure!!

Dennis, my technician was a delightful man. Kept me informed with everything he was doing. Wonderful conversation outside the technical stuff. Please send him anytime I have an issue because he is an OG technician with alot of experience. Five stars for his service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
