I have never experienced such rudeness from the employees that work here. I'm am pretty sure I'm not the only one. They never give me all of my medicine when I call it in and I end up making yet another trip back to the pharmacy. Also they told me they have to get documentation from my doctor before they could give me my medicine Uh' isn't that what the prescription is for? I have been taking the same medicine and the same dosage for a very long time. So when I called my doctor and asked her if it was common thing to ask for documentation' she said no. Soo I'm not sure if it's just me or it's just a woodys thing. So here I am without my medicine that I'm not supposed to miss. Thank you Woodys for making people's lives a little harder.

Have never been to or heard of this pharmacy. A staff member called and left a message on my voice-mail (that stated my name) and left a detailed private message for a patient of theirs with a name not even close to mine. Evidently they had the wrong number and would have known if they had listened to my voice-mail message. When I called them to let them know I wasn't a patient, they had the wrong phone number, the employee gave me a quick "oh OK we will be sure and take this phone number off of our list, thanks". Oh, ok ...sorry I bothered you to tell me you have bothered me. Now I know Doctors office workers don't apologize, make mistakes or give out personal information to random folk when they aren't paying attention to voice-mail that don't match the patient's name. Hippa Hippa shake.
