To me, attention to detail really matters. Customer service really matters and for me to have never been to this salon and not even be asked my name made me feel unwelcome from the start.
Next the woman was extremely rude, she burned me, smirked after I ripped my hand back and never apologized. I asked the boss if she thought her work was satisfactory and she said yes then proceeded to tell her in front of me “you apologize when you burn someone” the employee barely acknowledged her, turned her back and went to the next guest. She may have been a bad day but I didn’t do anything to contribute to that. I also thought it was very odd that she didn’t even give me an opportunity to tip her; it was almost like she knew she intentionally messed up.

Worst pedicure I've ever had by a man I've not seen before. Every toe nail was crooked, old polish still on my nails. I sat down and he was about to polish within 15min. I was getting the special pedicure for thirty dollars.... He was going to polish my nails like that!!!

Acrylics came out thick and bumpy..one has already popped off a week later..paid $59 for a fill.

There is no salon that can match what Gold nails can do! And I say this because I tried it and had to go back to Gold nails for them to fix what someone else messed up! Now I'm 100% satisfied and will never go to another nail salon as long as I'm getting my nails done! 5 stars all the way! Brenda, Lou, Isabella and crew works hard to provide satisfaction!

I wasn't sure what to think since I had seen some of the previous comments, but I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I both got pedicures, and we were both very happy with our pedicures.

Will not go anywhere else from now on! Isabelle fixed a botched full set I got somewhere else. She always does a reliable and professional job. These ladies are always very polite and friendly! Couldn't ask for more!

I used to recommend this place to everybody I know because they did such good nails. Lou is exceptional. But Isabel is unprofessional and doesn't listen to requests made on shaving down the sides of my nails. I will never refer anyone else here. My money and referral will now go elsewhere.Service: Acrylic nails

I went for SNS nails for my wedding. Isabelle sis a great job!! The pricing was pretty good. For my nails, my toes just painted and my moms nails just painted it was about $65.00.

completely unsatisfied lady never put gloves on while doing my toes and she cut me multiple times i just asked for simple tips on my toes and the whole time she was rough and unsanitary and she clearly didn’t know what she was doing never will i come back 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDService: Pedicure
