total crooks!! beware ! i had very rare blue willow china left to me by my mom. put in storage for several months, they gave me 1 of 2 keys to my room with the management holding the other. they went through all the boxes and stole every piece of a dead womans china! total inside job! i hope they and everyone involved is cursed. total sleaze ball operation!!! stay away!

I began keeping a majority of my belongings in a Full Basement unit in Dahlonega nearly 3 years ago and they have been such a godsend! I could always trust that my important family heirlooms and valuables were kept safe when I moved 2 hours away and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. Easy online payment portal and great pricing too!

Giving five stars. Was the easiest rental I've ever got. A little too far out and ended up not keeping but the staff was very pleasant and understanding. They refunded me my full amount in no time. I thank you guys so much and sorry I couldn't use you I'm sure if I needed it in another location... It would be better

We used Full Basement Storage in Dahlonega for 9 months and had no issues. The staff was always very responsive to questions and emails, and billing was very easy. We visited the storage unit multiple times and never had a problem getting in or accessing our things. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Darol who is over the Ellijay location answered my questions about long term storage of upolstered furnature. He even took the time to sch ool me on why I should look for climate controlled space.Since his location did not have climate control he recomended me to find another location . Thanks Darol for your truthfulness and I will look you up when I need future space.

Increadable business. I was able to make storage arrangements over the phone and on line. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I needed to change my plans at the last minute, they where great. I would definitely use them again and would give them six stars if I could!

We rented a small unit form Full Basement for a couple of years. The facility was clean, convenient and worry free. I'd rent there again.

Daryl at Full Basement is a great man to work with. A year ago I needed a storage unit in a pinch and he came through for me, and I have been renting from him since. The facility is close to downtown dahlonega, clean, and safe.
