Star rating is for the staff. So strange how unwelcome I was made to feel. The day I was there, a girl by the front of the store was having customers pick a coupon from a basket. She literally saw me, talked to me and never offered. I saw her telling everyone about it that was inside the store shopping except me. Since I wanted to buy something I asked her can I pick one too? Barely a response. Then the staff at the checkout, seemed miserable to be even working there. Star rating higher for their clothes and price selections.

This store has so many amazing prices for good quality clothes!! Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion!

I came into the store, looking to buy something for my fiancé for Christmas. I was met by one of the best sales associates there named Ashley . She was excellent and helped me with everything I needed. I will definitely be recommending and shopping here in the future!

These young girls that work here are snotty. You literally work retail at a half rate store for $12 an hour. They are all rude….hilarious…even the heavy set one. Never again.

Just left there about a hour ago. I was so looking forward to shopping there. I am getting up there in age, had several shirts in my hand want even close of finishing my shopping, had to use the restroom, no public restroom to use was told to go to the visitor center. Hope they don't work on commission. Won't go there again.

The customer service is IMMACULATE just kidding, if you're the kind of person that doesn't want to be welcomed into a store, given any help from employees or even IGNORED, This is definitely the place for you! Employees walked right past and looked at me and didn't even say hello or ask if I needed help, when I went to the desk they were too busy with their own convos between one another to help. Honestly, would have gotten better customer service if I went to Gucci dressed like a homeless person. Definitely will not be back

I have been shopping at Dress up for 10 years. Sami the Manager is fantastic! All the Managers I have met over the years, love what they do. It shows in how they treat all the customers.
